We love our country and we love the 4th of July. This year we had a fun and busy holiday. Since the 4th of July was on a Sunday we did all of our celebrating on Monday. Here's how we spent our day.
Doing some of this...

They made it all the way to Cascade Springs. There are some very beautiful places in Utah!

This was the pork shoulder that Steve smoked for 22 hours in his new electric smoker. It was very tender and we all enjoyed it.

It was a great day! We had all of Steve's family over and enjoyed good food, good friends and family and good times.

That first pic is so cute!! And oh my gosh....Zach is getting so BIG!! We miss watching fireworks with you guys! Looks like you had a great 4th!! :)
We were up cascade springs that weekend too . Glad to know we were close for a minute! Your kids are getting too big too quick! Miss you guys!
